Was there a full moon or something? As I went through this past week I was struck by what seemed to be the theme for the week. I came to the conclusion that there are some career whiners out there. I mean people whine about any and everything. Let me just float this out there,one is bound to conclude that IQ fouls a morally grounded and socially responsible culture... Whining is not going to fix a problem!
Now God only knows I surely have my challenges, and do in fact do my fair share of moaning and complaining (like now) but the difference is for me it's a temporary state. It's not where I spend my time. There are those who can't seem to put together a complete sentence without having a problem with something.
If you're one of these people stop it already. If you're not but you find yourself in the presence of one who is, don't walk away, runaway from them. It's contagious and detrimental to your state of mind and attitude. Which equates to what you can do and accomplish. If a whiner starts walking toward you don't hesitate, get away as fast as you can or they'll suck the life right out of you. Really.
The next time you hear an identified habitual whiner whining let them get what they're wanting to say out and then gently but firmly ask them this--- "So what are you doing about it today so that this problem doesn't exist for you tomorrow?" then walk away. Leave them with their whining thoughts.
Look kids, I'm not saying that there aren't some legitimate concerns that shouldn't be expressed, but my goodness,we can find a way to stop it. How! Must they be expressed over and over and over, every single day. All day? Direct that energy into solving whatever the problem is. Just a thought.

Because none of these problems is real - no matter how real they might appear to you, they are nothing more than creations of your own mind. You are letting your mind play tricks on you. In other words, your personality isn't real - it may have got you to where you are and you may be very fond of it - but be careful you don't fall in love with an illusion because, chances are, your personality is holding you back from an effortlessly happy and successful life. Chances are, your personality is moving you in the wrong direction in your life.
To rid your life of the symptoms from which only your imaginary personality can suffer - stress, worry, anxiety, doubt, fear, loneliness - you need to circumvent your personality, your perceived weaknesses and strengths. You need to forget about who you think you are and start finding out who you can really be. You've got to lose your life to find it! Money buys freedom and choices

So much has been written about success. So many success programs, books, CDs, and other media exist on the subject. A Google search (06.29.10) on the keyword "success" returns over 335-million results. The term is like one tiny star in the cosmos. I think it's safe to say that ‘success' is/has been an over-used word throughout our human world and throughout (recorded) history. It's also fair to say that success means something different for each and every person, and yet most would agree that a simple and accurate definition might be: to obtain a desired result (or set of results). It is also fair and accurate to say that every successful person followed 6 absolutely essential steps to achiever their success…even if they did not know they were following those 6 steps! In a moment I will share those "must know" steps with you.
Perhaps Dr,I wished for a small factory where I could blend my aromatherapy products. Norman Vincent Peale (1898-1993) was among the first of the modern-day success gurus with his "Power of Positive Thinking" work (circa 1956). And today we have success consultants, coaches, lecturers, and millions more people who make their living in one fashion or another from/on the subject of success. In just my amazing lifespan (I'm 48), the technology boom has been so overwhelming that it has made the world smaller in many senses, and yet so much more confusing because of all the voices that are now heard, and the resulting information overload. But success has not changed, in and of itself; only the terms of measurement are ever-changing.
I remember thinking as a troubled teenager: why is there no ‘owner's manual' for living a successful life? I would ponder being alone in a cold world; born unto role models, teachers, and influencers, and yet ultimately we must invent our own ‘success manual' for living. My brother used to accuse me of thinking too much, but my internal response was to say: is that such a bad thing? An extension of much of my early thoughts was to be in awe of the humility of life,If you're in your retirement planning years; the more I learned, the more I realized how little I truly knew,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots. Further, there was the wish that I were somehow smarter than I am…and I admit to that wish even now. As time progressed I studied these success gurus and motivational experts. It was then that a success manual did emerge from my thoughts.
There is a six-step system that virtually guarantees success and abundance in all areas of life, and the ability to maintain success over a lifetime! Every once in a while something special and unexpected comes along. True, not very often does something new appear on the scene, but it certainly happens. Yes, even though it might seem that success is an exhausted, and exalted subject, I have assembled in detail the exact six steps that are necessary to achieve lifelong success. Show this to virtually anyone and I doubt they will disagree with these steps!
Step 1 is motives/motivation. Just as every successful building stands upon proper footings and foundation, knowing your motives and motivation is the foundation for building success. A warning: it is all too easy to mistake goals and desires for these motives and motivation, so be careful to think this through most carefully! Motives are the "why" question; motives and motivation move us forward and keep us going because they are at the very heart of WHY we want the things we want. Here's one example: many people mistake money or wealth as a motive or motivation,You don't stay loving with her unless she does what you want, yet money is never the motive or motivation…no, it is whatever that money buys you – why you want that money – that is the motive/motivation! Perhaps money buys back your time to spend that time as you want; the motive, then, is freedom! Money buys freedom and choices! So, the motive and motivation for money and wealth is freedoms and more choices. So, to summarize Step 1: carefully examine everything you desire and dig below or behind those desires to find out exactly why you desire these things…these are your motives. Another word of warning: be sure your motives are based in goodness. Otherwise, you will likely sabotage your foundation for success.
Step 2 is preparation. Look carefully at your motives or motivators and ask yourself if you are prepared – fully prepared – to achieve those motives. Let's stick with the money example to help illustrate. In the above example, I showed that the motive for money is freedom and choices. Now I ask: are you prepared for freedoms and more choices? Is my emotional house in order? Am I drinking too much, for example? Do I suffer from untreated depression? Put simply, if we are not emotionally prepared for success and abundance, we cannot build success; or, if we do somehow build success, it cannot last through our lifetime because we have not properly prepared. Step 2 – preparation- is the reinforcement of our foundation and allows our motives to be realized and sustained.
Step 3 is something virtually everybody knows is essential, but most of us do not go about it correctly – goals or goal setting! It is too easy to quickly jot down some goals and think we're okay about our goal setting…but we are incorrect indeed. Goal setting is done in 3 phases: 1) short term goals (today to 6 months), 2) intermediate goals (perhaps within one year from now), and 3) long term goals (5 years and longer). Also, each of those 3 phases should be done as structured "workshops" to ensure quality, accuracy, and realism. Step 4 is research and development. This is the step that builds a road map and vehicle to reach each and every goal. There is a system for doing this as well.
Step 5 is consistent action. We must take consistent action towards our goals – or at least our immediate goals – each and every day. Even if this is as simple as looking at a picture that motivates you to achieve a goal…at least that is some action. But, in Step 4 you developed a vehicle and road map, so you know what the consistent actions are that you need to perform.
Step 6 is flexibility. Personally, I like this one the best because it is the glue that holds it all together and allows for us to be human and not some kind of machine. Flexibility means giving ourselves a break now and then; flexibility means allowing goals to be revised; flexibility means changing anything or everything so that is makes more sense; flexibility means having an open mind to changes and new ideas or realizations.

The routine tasks of daily life can so easily use up all of your time that they become the main part of life.
When was the last time you spent time thinking or contemplating what you want in your life? For most it has been far too long.
Are you aware that your daily activities are your predominate habits? A habit is an automatic thought, routine or behavior. They become so ingrained in you life that you build interpretations,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, thinking, behavior, and defenses around them, protecting the status quo.
Have you noticed how protective you can be about what you do and think, even if you are not really sure why. How you will defend anything even if it is really not in your best interest. You will actually personalize and protect your habits no matter how negative, debilitating and restrictive they become.
Sometimes, what habits prevent you from doing is far more damaging than the habit itself. Many habitual routines cause you no harm other than sapping your time and energy that could be utilized for your personal growth and development.
We have all heard of how effective use of our time leads to results. Well, there are always results in your life; everything you do has a result. Even when you think you are doing nothing,a human being can do some things to alter their world, you are getting the results of the doing 'nothing'. And part of the result is, what you are not doing while doing the 'nothing'.
If you sit and watch TV instead of washing the dishes, the result is - the dishes are not washed, and of course you accomplished TV watching.
This goes on all day, with you getting appropriate results for all of your actions and apparent inaction.
The question becomes, how long are you going to continue to let what you do all day long prevent you from the life you desire? You can't continue to do everything you do now and expect different results. You must make some adjustments.
Change what you are doing and what you are doing will change. Your results will change and so will your life. It takes effort on your part. Who said the life you want is easy? I'm not saying it is hard either, not any harder than what you are doing now,To your inner truth that now knows that this is anxiety.
The challenging part is in getting yourself to alter what you are now doing to allow for what you want. You have gradually built your life to what it is today, whether you did so intentionally or not.
You then need to make any adjustments that are needed to support what you want. It will take effort at first, as your ego mind will want to fight to preserve the status quo. It will take determination and self-discipline on your part at first to override the existing habits.
This can only take place when your inner drive is sufficient to back your efforts. Only when you become fed up with what you no longer want and you become deeply desirous of what you do want will you have the needed mental and emotional drive.
You will need to insert into your day, some things that support what you want. You need to be moving in the direction of your dreams, not just once in a while, but each day.
Take a look at what you want in your life - what activities would lead to them becoming reality for you? Put these into your daily schedule and help them become your habits. Even if small, they will begin to have an effect.
If you were in baseball and wanted to be batting over 300, don't you think you should be doing a lot of batting practice? Of course, that's obvious right! Then why don't you do any practice for what you want?
You have allowed yourself to be consumed by your habits, you must change that in order to get what you want. And what you have in your life is directly related to how much time and attention you have given it. Give an appropriate percentage of your time with what you do want.
Spending all of your time doing things that are not part of what you want your life to be and then complaining about it changes nothing. All you are doing is accentuating your unhappiness.
Another key part of this is to know what you want unfiltered by the ego. There is a lot deep in your mind that is covered by the activity of the day. Schedule time in your day for contemplation of some sort, as well as the specific activities.
Meditation is good or any quiet undistracted dedicated thinking 20 to 30 minutes at least once a day. Contemplative thinking is something most of us do not do enough of, as we are so busy running around just doing what we are in the habit of doing.
It is so easy to allow ourselves to get in the rut of just wishing of something rather than taking steps towards making it happen.
And very important, you must stick with it, just doing something for a short term or once in a while will not effect change. What job, business or college degree can you be successful in if you only do it once in a while?
If you want it to be a part of your life - make it a part of your life!
Change your efforts and your results will change.

Do not trust them

Life can be downright scary - sometimes more than others. Probably all of us are wandering through life afraid of something maybe a situation, an event or other people. Because we're individuals with differing backgrounds and experiences, our fears vary from person to person. Some people have no problem parachuting from an airplane while others of us think that's a really dumb idea and our insides get all stirred up even thinking about it. Some of us rather enjoy standing in front of a group of people teaching or just BS'ing while others toss our cookies immediately at the idea,Despite what we may have been taught to believe.
So how did we learn to be skeer'd of all this different stuff? Even though there are likely some foundation survival, self-preservation instincts in all of us, most of the rest of our fears come from our life learning experiences our programming. If your mother dove under the bed every time there was an electrical storm, there is an excellent chance that you'll be tempted to do exactly the same thing. If your older sibling was deathly afraid of the monsters in the closet or under the bed, there's a good chance that you will have absorbed at least some of this apprehension. We've learned what we've learned and dutifully filed it away in our subconscious. Then, unless we've been really aware of what has happened to start up these fears in the first place, we've probably put out a bunch of effort to make sure they've been solidly reinforced.
It's not uncommon for us to get things twisted up, however. Here's a quick example. Regress to childhood for just a minute. Since as early as you can remember, Uncle Harold has always showed up at your house at least once a week. Uncle Harold looks funny he's short, fat, balding and smokes super stinky cigars. Uncle Harold is a real pain in the rear. Every time he gets close to you, he either pinches you really hard or gives you a painful swat. Uncle Harold is an obnoxious,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, aggravating butthead. You do everything you can to keep your distance from Uncle Harold, but he always finds you. Your life is miserable when he's around.
So did our stupid subconscious simply file away the information that Uncle Harold is a bad person and that we hate to be around him? No way. In time, our wonderful, well-meaning memory bank extrapolated this basic concept to "Short, fat, balding men are dangerous! Keep away! Keep away! Do not trust them! And watch out for cigar smokers, too! Danger! Danger!" It would take more than a few positive interactions with a super nice, short, fat, bald guy before we decided it was OK to do some reprogramming.
Is it any wonder we're screwed up? Think of all the misinformation we been subjected to over the years and how easily we have been able to reinforce this BS. Some of our programming has led us now to firmly believe (and by doggies we can prove all this with examples) that Hispanics are lazy, you just can't trust Blacks,come down on me like a ton of bricks., folks with Polish ancestry are stupid, Catholics are idol worshippers, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is a cult, all Middle Eastern people are dangerous, the inhabitants of Kentucky are all inbred idiots, all men with long hair smoke pot, tattoos are a sign of the devil, all New Yorkers are inconsiderate, pushy bastards, Nebraskans are all just dumb farmers, the Orientals are taking over the US, all Jewish folks are greedy, money-hungry tightwads, and on and on and on and. Yucky programming (according to my programming, obviously)
As a result, we fear (or are afraid of what they will or won't do) Hispanics, Blacks, Polish folks, Catholics, etc.. We also have learned to fear such diverse things as failure, success, being alone, crowds, commitment, lack of commitment, death, life, heights, holes in the ground, not being liked, the future, dentists, flying, driving, walking, running, our government, other governments and a whole slew of other things probably including being afraid that other folks think may we're afraid of something. Whew!
So what can we do about it! First choice is obviously "nothing". We can just continue through life being afraid of whatever it is we're afraid of. Or we can at least sort of understand how we started being afraid of this stuff in the first place and redirect this fear energy to doing something anything that will help us blast through this roadblock to fun living. If we are able to honestly recognize that we indeed do have a fear (and we do) and want to get over it (it's not a requirement but it could be a good thing), then it will probably be easier if we can get some help with our little project. A helper maybe professional help if we're trying to address a life-limiting fear will make the whole process easier. About the only way I know of to conquer a fear (or use it to our advantage to learn something) is to meet it or even greet it face to face.
To overcome the fear of heights for example, we just need to have the experience of being in places that are "high". It might work out best to start low and work our way to high. Or maybe not. Take your pick. With a helper to encourage us or maybe even hold us we could walk to the edge of the second level of a parking garage and look down. Then the third level, thenOK, you get the idea. It won't be long until we get reprogrammed, change the fear to excited enthusiasm and perch on the edge of the Grand Canyon to enjoy the sunrise. Cool!
To overcome a fear of public speaking, we need to speak in public. To overcome a fear of flying, we need to fly more. Pretty simple, huh? Yeah, right! Just taking the first step is a major obstacle to all of us. That's why a helper is a pretty good idea. Helpers and research coupled with open-minded thinking can also help us with our fears of, misconceptions of, and prejudices against concepts or people. Yes, we will always have the right to hold our own opinions so this doesn't mean that we have to "buy in" to the beliefs or values of others. But if we are able to understand how we have become programmed in our thinking and beliefs over the years, it's a bunch easier to understand how the same thing happens to everyone else on the face of the earth. We gain an appreciation of other's beliefs and ways of living and with our restructured thinking,because we are entering the climax of history, grant them the "right" to live their lives any way they see fit (within generally accepted parameters which might not be all that great either come to think of it).
One last thing. Overcoming one fear helps to develop a personal mental process and a feeling of success that can help us address the next one. The more we work on this, the easier it becomes. Even though it may sound a little strange, a few of us sometimes start to get such a surge out of conquering fears that we actually start to look for new exciting, adrenaline-pumping adventures. Now, that is scary!
Our fears provide a great opportunity to learn more about ourselves and the world we live in. That's probably worth doing. I think I'll go find a high place. I really need to work on that

Are You Addicted To Your Activities?
Activities - such as sports, creative projects, reading, work, TV, meditation - can be a wonderful way to relax, express yourself, or connect to yourself. Or they can be an addiction. How can you know the difference?
Angie would surf the channels whenever she felt stressed or alone.
Karen would lose herself in a book when things felt overwhelming.
Keith would retreat and meditate when his wife wanted to talk.
Patty's work schedule left her little time at home.
Carl spent more time in the garage fixing things than with his family.
Patrick's love of running was interfering with his family time.
Whether or not an activity is an addiction depends upon your INTENT.
When the intent of an activity is to avoid the pain of aloneness and loneliness, it is an addiction.
When the intent of an activity is to avoid the pain of rejection or the fear of domination, it is an addiction.
When the intent of an activity is to put off doing something you don't really want to do but need to do,1. Refuse to passenger with such a person until he or she changes., it is an addiction.
Whenever an activity is used as a way to avoid something - painful feelings, difficult or boring tasks - it becomes an addiction. It's really no different than using substances such alcohol, drugs, or food to avoid painful feelings or challenging tasks. The problem with using addictions to avoid painful feelings is that the feelings don't actually go away. They are just numbed for the moment but are silently eroding one's sense of self. We can get away with it only for so long before it shows up in some way - illness, divorce, depression, and so on. And avoiding tasks means that the tasks pile up, eventually causing the very stress we want to avoid. Our society is filled with ways to avoid. Yet it is avoidance that leads to the very feelings we are striving to avoid!
When the intent of an activity is to take loving care of yourself by providing yourself with fun, creativity and expression, relaxation, personal growth, spiritual growth, physical health and well-being, then it is a loving action rather than an addiction. It all depends on your INTENT.
Next time you want to participate in your favorite activity, you might want to notice your intent. Do you want to relax and watch TV or are you avoiding some difficult feeling or task? Do you find yourself scheduling more work than you can really handle to avoid dealing with aloneness, loneliness,including a to do list, or conflict with a mate,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, or are you really loving your work and feeling fulfilled by it? Are you exercising to support your health or to avoid feelings?
Once you become aware of using an activity to avoid, here's what you can do about it:
Welcome the feeling you are trying so hard to avoid. Pay attention to the feeling - fear, loneliness, aloneness, agitation, boredom, anxiety.
Make a decision to learn what YOU might be doing to cause this feeling rather than continuing to avoid it.
Explore what you might be doing to cause this feeling. How are you not taking care of yourself that is causing your painful feeling? Are you procrastinating, judging yourself, or not standing up for yourself in conflict? How are you avoiding responsibility for your own well-being? Are you allowing yourself to be a victim, waiting for someone else to make you feel better?
Once you understand what you are doing to cause your distress, then you need to ask "What would be the loving action for myself?" You are asking this question of your highest self, or of your spiritual guidance if you are connected with a source of guidance. If you open to learning about what is loving, ideas will pop into your mind,So. What is it that turns you on.
Now you need to take the loving action on your own behalf - complete a task, stand up for yourself and speak your truth with someone, and so on.
Re-evaluate how you are feeling. Are you feeling more peaceful and more powerful? You will feel more peaceful if you have taken the loving action. If you are not feeling better, don't just turn back to your addictions. Look for another loving action until you find what really makes you feel safe on a deep level, not just the temporary pacification of an addiction.
You will find your addictions fading away as you learn to take loving care of yourself.

Let’s Say You’re a Dog. Are You So Competitive You’d Eat a Carrot?
Seems like a gal always learns something out on the farm! Yes, it's a farm tale and I'm going to change the names of the animals to protect the guilty,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots!
I spent last weekend down in Lower Alabama where my friend from high school owns a farm. On the neighboring property there lives a donkey we'll call "Jake." On my friend's property there lives a dog – his dog – we'll call "Spot."
Okay, not too original, but it serves the purpose.
So as night falls, the evening ritual is to go out and feed the animals.
Out we go, 3 large carrots in hand – well, his hand. His wife and I are just watching. My friend calls to Jake who, having 5 acres to roam, is nowhere in sight. Spot is circling around my friend, jumping up, spinning around. I'm sure you've seen this. Spot has been trained not to bark, but he's doing every other thing he can to attract attention, and acting ecstatic. Over a carrot??
"Jake's so jealous, he'll actually eat a carrot,and we all need some of that," says my friend, as we walk along.
Now, I've owned a couple of dogs in my day. You probably have too. Never did I have one who would eat a carrot. In fact it was a family fun time to watch one dog called Shy Nell when we would put vegetable soup in her dog dish for a treat – Campbells, canned. She'd dive in and 2 seconds later walk away with nothing left in the bowl – I mean not even a lick of gravy – except for the carefully out-selected squares of carrot.
"Pretty discriminating tongue," I'd tell my son. "Imagine being able to select out those bits of carrot without fingers!"
"I hate carrots too," he would reply.
We can hear Jake making his way through the underbrush, and hear the breathing. Then my friend starts raising his voice, calling, and Jake starts his braying, to answer. When the three meet – my friend, Jake,Know the room, and Spot, Jake gets his head and back rubbed, and lots and lots of marvelous attention. And there sits Jake, even willing to eat a carrot in order to be included.

What Causes Holiday Stress?
The holidays are supposed to be a time of celebration when friends and families get together to share food, fun,apartment, gifts, and love. They are supposed to be a time of giving, caring and connection when we celebrate important and meaningful events.
Why, then,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, are they often so stressful and what can we do to make them more fun and peaceful?
Changing the holiday season from stressful to peaceful depends upon one thing: INTENT. Your intent is whatever is most important to you in any particular moment or situation.
At any given moment, we are always in one of two intents. Put in simple terms, it is either more important to you in any given moment to:
1) Be loving to yourself and others, or
2) Get love and approval
Your intent determines your behavior and your feelings. Let's take an example.
Peggy is married with two children. Peggy grew up in a family where she was trained to define her self- worth through other's approval that is, Peggy believes that if others value what she does, she is okay, but if they don't, then she is unworthy and unlovable. Therefore, Peggy's almost constant intent is to get love and approval. She does this by trying to do everything perfectly the house has to be perfect, the food has to be perfect, she has to get everyone the perfect gifts. She believes that if everything is perfect, she can have control over how others feel about her and she will get the approval she believes she needs to feel worthy.
The problem is that trying to do everything perfectly creates a lot of stress,10. Simplify Your Life. Whatever means we use whether it be perfection, compliance, anger or blame - we will always be stressed when the intent is to have control over getting love and approval.
Because Peggy does not know how to define her own worth, she feels empty inside until she gets approval. Once she gets the approval, she feels a moment of fullness, which rapidly disappears and then needs to be filled again with more approval. Others around her feel her pull for approval, and may also feel stressed in the face of it,Contrary to popular belief. They may like what she does for them, but they may not feel loved by her giving to them to get their approval.
Sophia is also married with children. Sophia also grew up to believe that her worth was based on other's approval. However, Sophia has done enough inner emotional and spiritual work to learn to define her own worth. Because she is no longer dependent upon others' approval to define her worth, she is free to express herself in ways that are loving to herself and others. Rather than worrying about what anyone will think of her, Sophia joyfully goes about decorating, cooking and buying presents because it's fun for her to do so. For Sophia, the holidays are an opportunity to express herself and her love for others. Because she is defining and expressing her own worth, she feels full inside. Approval may be the icing on the cake, but it is not the cake itself.
Because Sophia receives such joy from expressing herself and giving to others without needing anything in return to feel worthy, others feel loved by her giving. While others may be stressed if they are giving to get approval, Sophia herself remains peaceful and joyful.
We all have a choice each moment to decide who we want to be a person who is trying to have control over getting love and approval, or a person who is giving love to ourselves and others. Who we decide to be determines how we feel. If our intent is to get love and approval, then we may think that others determine our feelings, but it is really our own intent that is responsible for how we end up feeling.
Why not start now, before the holidays, noticing your intent? Why not open now to giving yourself the child within you the approval he or she needs to feel worthy? If you start to practice today being in the intent to love yourself and others, perhaps by the time the holidays come around you can really have a good time!

Dreams Are They Good Or Bad?
Dreams that you have at night are bad if they are "Nightmares", but the dreams you have that make you feel great and inspired those are "Goodmares". If you are feeling oppressed or depressed you are probably have the first one, but if you have good things going on you are probably have the second.
Some say that the first one could be a premonition of things to come or an evilness in the dreamer. But could it just be an inner talk going on within you that is allowing your mind to create these? I am not a psychologist, have never studied Sigmund Freud and really don't delve in that area. But I do feel that if you are relaxed and happy with your life, you are more likely to have "Goodmares".
I am not really here to talk about your "..mares" I am really here to talk to you about your Dreams, your Aspirations, your Desires and your Inspirations. One definition the dictionary has for Dream is: "A condition or achievement that is longer for; an aspiration." That is what is important to you and to your future.
Only Children Or Younger People Dream
Remember when you used to Dream and let your imagination run wild, when you ran freely through a meadow or traveled to new places or conquered domains became the King or Queen and ruled over the land. Maybe you dreamed of driving the new car you just saw on the showroom with Mom and Dad or living in the house you saw while driving somewhere with your parents. Those were the good days when you let your imagination run freely and life was grand. Sadly, the times that we Dreamed were mainly in our earlier years and as we grew up, the Dreaming seemed to become less relevant. In Junior High and High School you had different dreams to an extent, when you went to College or started you job you had dreams to some extent.
But then reality sets in and you became involved with your career or family or whatever came along and the dreams faded and faded and disappeared. Then your Dreams were replaced with what many call "reality" and it was time to "grow up and forget about the childish things" or maybe it was "what do you want to be when you grow up" question? Some of us have not completely "grown up" yet, we still have times when we dream or "fantasize" about better places and things. But we don't put action to it because we don't know how or we are afraid of failure or success or being laughed at by our "friends". Would true friends laugh at you or would they encourage you? Hummm, that could be food for thought.
Could there POWER in a dream?
The power of a dream is something you need to realize and grab onto. It is the dreamers such as Edison, Carver, Bell, Stanley, Ford, Trump, Gates, and many more who have had Dreams that propelled them to do what became great things. Their Dreams were the driving force that allowed them to keep "their nose to the grindstone" and accomplish great things,do something about it. If you are grateful for your sobriety.
There is such a power there that if harnessed, grabbed onto and acted up will allow you to move forward and off of the "treadmill" that you are on today. Dreams give you hope, they give you power and enthusiasm, a tunnel vision of focus to assist you to motivate you to drive you on an adventure of growth and realization about yourself that you might have buried deep and hidden away. They allow you to use your natural talents and learned talents to the max, if you will allow them to. They are the beginning of the whole process of becoming you were meant to be to accomplish what you were meant to accomplish.

We all have a destiny, we all have things that we can and should accomplish. To many times we let "life" get in the way and hold us back or hinder us to the point that we give up and believe what the rest of the world says. I've heard it explained very well more than once, "Work 40 hours a week for 40 years and retire with 40% of what you were used to living on!" It is called the 40/40/40 plan and that is the bill of goods we have been sold. Forget those dreams, forget those aspirations and all that childish junk just do what the rest of us are doing.
It is time to break the bondage of fear of failure or fear of success, it is time to stop the negative inner talk and sit down,neighbors, relax and let yourself dream again. Dream about your house, your car, your boat, your new lifestyle,Walt Disney, your garden, your swimming pool, your whatever it is that you have felt you always desired and deserved. Write those dreams down each and everyone of them. Every time a dream comes alive in your mind write it down and keep track of all of them. Because they are the first step to moving on with your life.

Every Art Masterpiece is a Forgery!
I'm walking down a section of Oak Creek here in Sedona Arizona where the water has literally cut into the Red Rock itself. The river bottom and walls are solid red rock carved in waves and curves of amazing shapes finer than any sculptor could conceive of,you might want to work on your sense of humor. Laughter. It is so beautifully conceived-birthed by Nature that I feel a thrill of energy flowing through me. I am stopped in my tracks,Step Four...my "world stops". I pause, as I stand still it all comes to a stand still. I look around at the giant boulder perched impossibly, perfectly balanced...I see the "hoodoo", the guardian Indian Spirit that has manifested in a perfect statue half way up the cliff wall...I see the delicately placed accents of the tufts of river grass...the cliffs, the pink painting of the sun's rays on the clouds...I see the tree growing out of the crack in the solid rock wall as if perfectly placed by a Japanese Zen Master to add a final touch to this "Garden".
And then it hits me...what I see all around me in overflowing abundance is what every artist, every painter, sculptor, writer, poet, movie maker, musician, is trying to imitate in their work! Every artist is trying to imitate, to replicate, to make a copy of this inherent natural beauty! We are all just copying-plagiarizing-imitating the Divine Artist, Source...God.
A few years ago $300 million dollars of Rembrandts were stolen from the Gardener museum in Boston. It became a huge uproar, shook the "Art World", newspaper articles were written about it, it made the national news with an accompanying $5 million reward offered for the safe return of the 'art'.
These "irreplaceable", "priceless", pieces of art are all forgeries!
We are Desperate for something Real.
These stolen "Art Masterpieces" are all copies plagiarized from the Divine Artist. They are all copies of the real energy-art-masterpiece. They are "flat" images reduced to 2 dimensional, "static "(dead), old, crumbling paint, on canvas wall hangings imitating the real world of life energy. We reward artists on being able to "copy" what they see "out there" in the real world. Or perhaps they transmit to us a bit of what is not seen by most people, a bit of "impressionism" a bit of "creative license" in creating an impression of the Divine that most of us don't see. They copy a bit of God-light reflecting, dispersing in unusual ways...and we then call them "masters"...while the real Master most often goes unseen...the same divine artist, lover, source, consciousness, God, Goddess...who gives everything...and anything to us that we wish...for free. But we are so far fallen from just being, just feeling, just sensing, really seeing what is all around us that we are willing to pay the artists to help us "Stop" and bring our worlds to a "stand still" and catch a glimpse of what is really all around us all the time- the pulsating energetic thought of Love-God-Creator in its millions of manifestations. We are so consumed by our consumerism and unable to just "Be still and know that I Am God" that we are willing to pay people to help us do this. We will gladly trade our money for a glimpse of the Divine Artist, something real, something that will Move us, move our e-motions (energy in motion)...And this is what I do. I sit with people and transmit the timeless Beingness energy into people and they give me money. The Moment, the All That Is, Love, Peace, Infinite Source Awareness is after all the most valuable commodity in the Uni - Verse (the Song of One), just as it should be. And now people will be more and more willing to share their money for the "peace that passeth all (their) understanding." It is no "work" on my part when I assist others. It is a relaxing and being filled with energy, with love, with hilarity, with spontaneity, with Source and sharing it like a tuning fork with others. This Source is imminently practical, it knows exactly what to do next to bring the most enjoyment, ease, abundance, peace, love,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots,resistance training, and comfort into each of our lives. If we let this "Source" into us and allow it to operate through us it will effervesce onto the world around us and reflects back to us gifts of enjoyable energy and support in whatever form we need. The "Art" of Limitless Energy.
But in our current "fallen" creation almost all of us have turned away from the Free Gifts, the unlimited energy of All That Is. We try to own, contain, corral, enclose, limit, fix, stop, keep, the unlimited free energy of Love-Source-God. We try to buy "priceless" pieces of art to give us a hit of this Divine energy. It doesn't really work, so we settle for status and envy from others by owning this "famous" artist.
We have taken for granted the unlimited energy all around us to the point where we don't appreciate it or even notice it very often. The "art" of limitless energy, of Love, of anything we want, is available all around us at any time we choose. We have brought this idea that there is nothing for free so far down now that we are now selling water and air to each other. Water and air! The two most plentiful things on the planet and we have now polluted them so much that we have to buy clean air and water from each other! Unbelievable but true. Just like we are under the spell that there isn't free Love-Source-God energy available to all of us inside our Selves. Our inner beliefs create a direct reflection of our outer reality. And more and more instantly as time is speeding up and dimensions are collapsing into One.
Free Energy is available today! There are inventors that have invented "zero point energy" machines today. That is a fact no matter that our collective unbelief mostly immediately dismisses it as "impossible", "not practical" or whatever. We are so programmed to toil, slavery, pain, misery, that we are unable and unwilling to believe the Free Energy that Source-God wants to give to us. The Sistine Chapel is a Forgery!
Michelangelo spent about 7 years painting the Sistine Chapel. It is considered an irreplaceable piece of art history. Mother Earth has spent millions of years creating the canyon, the sculpted red rocks I am looking at.
I met some people at the entrance where I parked. They drove a beautiful new Cadillac; they had obvious expensive well tailored clothes on. The man got out of his car and took three pictures of the red rocks with his disposable camera. He told me they had "seen" the Grand Canyon earlier and now were "seeing" Oak Creek and Sedona as part of their trip. "Beautiful isn't it?" he said. I said "Yes I think so too." I offered that there was an easy place to stop at down the road where they could walk through the apple orchard and see for themselves the sculpted red rocks I was going down to. He looked at his watch and said they had to get to the hotel to keep their schedule.
How much do we really "see" around us of the eternal timeless sculpted creation? Do we feel into it, feel the passage of time, the eternal quiet, and hear the wind caressing the cliffs, the passing of eons?
It's there waiting for us...forever...for us to "turn around" and when we do... we "stop" our minds and feel...and the real Artist the source of all "art" awakens with--in us.

I ran out of stamps

Making Excuses
I edited and re-edited my article,you can do what is necessary to bring it about. In the book of Joshua. I had to make sure it was just so. Then I procrastinated on writing the query letter to get my article published. The house needed cleaning, I ran out of stamps,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, the letter wasn't quite right. Delivering the query letter to the mailbox took another week what with family, meetings and such. I had good excuses why I wasn't actively trying to get published. But, the real reason was that I was afraid I wasn't going to be good enough.
So many times our excuses are just a cover-up for being afraid. Unfortunately since the fear is being covered up we have no way against it. We just go merrily along making more excuses and wondering why our life is still the same.
We need to bring our fears out into the open. Next time you feel yourself start making an excuse, stop. Look behind that excuse and see if a fear is lurking nearby. Say it like it is. Be honest with yourself with the real reason you are making excuses. Look the fear in the face. Only then can you fight it.
-Examine your fear,following 3 things should be kept in mind. Is it rational? Is it true that everyone will laugh at you if you try yoga? Most people will be too busy worrying about embarrassing themselves at yoga class.
-If it is rational, what practical steps can you do to minimize your risk,7. Losing control.? If you start your own business you may fail and lose money. Is there any way to save up money or stay at your job a little while longer before launching a new business?
-Now go for it! Tell yourself you are scared, but you can do it anyway. Take itty bitty steps if you need to, but keep moving forward. Find someone to be accountable to. Tell them what you are going to do and then check in with them once you accomplish the task. Don't let yourself make excuses.
