Why You Can’t Motivate Yourself to Achieve
As an Inspired Action life coach, my job is to assist my clients in action on their goals and dreams. This is not easy to do because most people have been trained to motivate themselves to take action.
The problem is that motivation doesn't last. Motivation is like utilizing sugar in your body. It's good for a short burst but it's not sustainable energy,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots.
Motivation is defined in the dictionary as providing a motive for action. Why would you need to provide yourself with a motive for action? You only provide yourself with a motive for action when you don't want to do what it is that you are doing. I don't recommend relating to your goals and your dreams in this way.
I have coached thousands of people who tried to motivate themselves to take the actions that they felt would cause them to accomplish their goals and dreams. Most people did not have thick enough skin to continuously take actions that they didn't want to take. Most people would start fast and furious and then they would back down and fall apart because they couldn't sustain the discomfort of these new actions. Ultimately, they didn't want to take these new actions, and their motivation did not last.
My coaches and I use a process called Inspired Action Coaching. It's based on the idea that when you are inspired you naturally take action. Inspired action is that feeling inside of you that pulls you forward. Inspiration is defined as imbued with the spirit to do something. You've experienced this kind of feeling before. It feels like a draw, a pull, energy from within you that has you taking actions you wouldn't normally take to achieve something that you are interested in.
I've found that when you change the context of your goals from "have to" to "I'm excited to" you are inspired and in action,strategies. When you get honest about what you really want to do, what really turns you on, what makes you feel good, when you get clear about your purpose, why your are here on earth, you are naturally inspired and in action. When you are imbued with the spirit to do something, action is automatic. No motivation necessary.
If you are not inspired you will have to force yourself to take action. Forced action will create a stop and start pattern of action or the feeling of peaks and valleys. You will get frustrated and probably give up on your goals.
Inspired Action feels like something that has taken over your body,YOU deserve them. You take actions in a way that is more effective and more powerful because it comes from a place of joy, verses a place of fear,negativity. You want to do it, verses you need to do it. When you want to do something, it gives you a feeling of delight and energy and enthusiasm.
To achieve inspired action you must eliminate the goals and dreams that are about escaping your current life. You must let go of the childhood dreams that were actually ways to prove to your parents that you were good enough for their love. You must stop taking actions out of guilt and obligation. I hate to break the news, but most people are trying to achieve a particular lifestyle so that they can prove to the world that they are respectable human beings that fit in. These kinds of pursuits rarely lead to inspired action. To achieve Inspired Action you must be operating from your life's purpose.

ACCEPT LIFE ON ITS OWN TERMS
Those living on the highest levels of life have learned to accept life on its own terms. There are some realities about life that we must accept. This is the key to living joyfully in communion with the heavenly while abiding here on earth.
Life, no matter how we choose to look at it, is a challenge. It is the beginning of a struggle that continues until we breathe our last breath. Life is something that we did not request. None of us asked to be born. Neither did we ask to be poor, or Black, tall or short. We did not ask to be a part of one family as opposed to another.
Life is full of risks. There is a certain element of risk taking that is inherent in every venture we undertake; whether it is in business, or in marriage, in a profession or in athletics. We never have complete security within ourselves. For we know that every moment we live, our lives are in constant danger. A stray bullet may hit us, a car emerging out of nowhere may crush us, and a slip of the foot may result in our death. So life is unpredictable. We get no warning, we are afforded no red alert, and we get no second chance at life.
And we might as well face the fact that our life is a dying life,is a list of some common colors and what the color symbolizes in Feng Shui.. As soon as we are born, we begin to die and every day we manage to somehow survive, we have only gained another step towards our grave. Each morning when we wake up from a refreshing sleep, we have died a little during the night. As we go through the streets of the city, we are dying a little. As we go about our business on the job, we are dying a little. In essence, we are living in the land of the dying.
It will help you to accept life on its own terms rather than struggle against it,it is always you who needs to love yourself first. Make a positive commitment to yourself. Identify and move from the limiting and conflicting, "either/or," "black or white," "all or nothing", illusory perception of life to an attitude that is open to all aspects of reality. We do this by accepting life on its own terms - accepting that pleasure and pain, happiness and unhappiness are all a natural part of the human experience.
Fighting against life's realities and adopting a stance of negativism only create unnecessary pain and difficulty in your life. Accepting life allows you to understand your frustrations, grow from them and experience life's abundance.
You have heard people who make comments such as "I go with the flow." What they are saying is this: I accept in life what I cannot change. I deal with it as it comes within the framework of my own knowledge and capabilities and spirit. When inner negatives are dissolved, our outer life will be more harmonious and fulfilled.
Understanding life helps you make the unconscious conscious; to see your misguided beliefs and negativity clearly, to understand their roots and causes, and most importantly - to transform them. A complete path, it offers a practical, rational, honest, and above all, gentle and self-accepting way to move from an attitude of you versus the world to one of you and the world; from you versus life to you and life.
Fundamental to accepting life is to give recognition to the supreme life-giver. Whenever we praise God or give God recognition and acknowledgement, it is for life. Whenever we give God a spiritual applaud or standing ovation, it is for life. Think about it Life. Don't forget that God is a living energy to quicken, increase, and guide our own energy. The Infinite Power Source is a living elixir to lift up, sustain, and establish our own spirit. Being negative takes the spirit out of you. What is the point of God increasing your spirit while you at the same time decrease it with negatives? If you refuse God's gift of an abundant life, then you must do without it.
Our minds, which thinks so ceaselessly and insistently, is the most marvelous instrument imaginable; but it is up to us to control it and to choose the kind of thoughts we think, to train ourselves in appreciating all flowers that come into our life, and deal with the weeds.
Yes, we must come to terms with the silent and perennial truth that the field of human life will always consist of the good, the bad and the ugly coexisting together. We all experience the good in our lives, but intertwined with the good is the bad and the ugly. Finding the ugly and unpleasant mixed in with the wheat is an everyday experience and each of us has to deal with the inherent difficulties involved.
But lest we become arrogant, we also understand that not only do we live with and intermingle with both the wheat and the thistles but they exist within each of us. Collectively and individually, we are capable of heart-touching kindness towards one another as well as heartbreaking evil. We are capable of building up and capable of tearing down, capable of great love and capable of seething hatred, capable of horrendous evil as well as remarkable good.
When you are able to appreciate life and accept it on its own terms, you harmonize your mind with God's mind; with the universal intelligence, power and glory.
Every day lift yourself up in your own mind, mood, imagination, sheer inner conviction. Everyday, give praise to the author of life and glory in its wonders. Every day do something with a sense of freedom and spontaneity, something you have wanted to do or felt you should do, but have shirked because life is not going the way you want it. Every day try to do something to make life pleasant for someone else for no other reason than the joy experienced from it. Then watch as these active, happy, positive inner states increase and grow, to bless you and transform you, to bless and transform the world!

I remember the times I would go shopping for Bras (especially during a sale) and when I got to the store, they either didn't have my size or the clerk would say, " sorry but we just sold out". Yeah sure.
And please don't mention Lingerie and Girdles!
Mine you, I could have went for the stuff in the back on the cheap isle, but why pay for something that will make you miserable and uncomfortable because of poor quality. Sure, I would save a buck or two, but I couldn't see myself continuing to be uncomfortable all day due to something I hadn't come to buy in the first place.
I decided that enough was enough and I was going to go online and find what I was looking for.
With gas prices being as high as they are, running all over town was now out of the question. I figured I could sit back in front of my computer, have a cup of coffee and relax a little.

Why Does That Rhinestone T
I have had a passion for things that sparkle since I was a competitive figure skater, many years ago. I can remember the beautiful costumes that sparkled so brilliantly under the artificial lighting in the rink. Once rare, this type of adornment is seen everywhere today from the rink to the Runway,Male tube blockages- this may occur either at the epididymis or the vas deferens. Swarovski crystals beam like no other rhinestones out there and rhinestone embellished apparel sparkles more than ever. Through the years, people have asked me many questions about my clothing. One of the big questions is why does your clothing sparkle so brilliantly? My response is, of course, that I use genuine Swarovski crystals.
There are several types of rhinestones available. Austrian cut-crystal rhinestones are from Swarovski and they set the standard against which all other rhinestones are judged. They are the leaders by far for cut, clarity, color, and brilliance. The crystals are fired using a combination of natural minerals and quartz sand, and then cooled slowly to avoid inclusions. The Swarovski hot fix crystals have special glue affixed to the back of the crystals, allowing the crystals to adhere to fabric upon heating.
Swarovski crystals contain 12 to 14 facets (smooth surface cut) compared to the Czech stones (8 facets.) Other rhinestones are machine pressed (molded) and not cut at all. The last type of rhinestones is readily used because they are the least expensive,spend time with an understanding friend. They are the stones typically found on clothing found in many clothing stores and discount department stores. Because they are so inexpensive, the apparel can be mass-produced for these stores and sold for a nominal fee. Make no mistake about it,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots; there is a HUGE difference in what I like to call the sparkle factor between these stones and Swarovski's crystals. The reason being is that many of these rhinestones are not stones, at all. They are made from molded plastic (acrylic rhinestones.) Clearly, Swarovski embellished clothing is the way to go if you are looking for high quality clothing that will last for a very long time,They are available in a wide range of materials accented with rhinestones. How To Decide What Size Implants for Breast Enlargement
I don't know a thing about you, but I'll bet that deciding on what size breast implants you want now that you have decided on breast surgery, scares you to death? Nobody wants to look "Plastic Fantastic", but we all want to look great!
Choosing the size you want to be is often one of the biggest decisions you will need to make. It is important to take the time to decide what you'll be happy with. I know that as the time got closer to my surgery day, I found myself doing what probably comes naturally to most men - I became a breast watcher! Until then I had no idea of the many different shapes and sizes that existed. It sure made me realise what I did NOT want!
A good surgeon will be able to judge from your frame, and especially your height, approximately what will be the best size for you. It makes sense that the taller you are, the larger implant you can have without it looking wrong. However, the decision is ultimately yours.
There are 3 recognised and reliable methods for deciding on final implant size that you can easily do for yourself:
1. The Rice Test
2. The Water Test
3. Implant Sizers
We generally use the "cup size" method in order to discuss breast size, but everyone knows how unreliable this is. That is because the cup size system, introduced by the Warner Brothers Corset Company in the 1930's relies on indirect measurements to infer the volume of the breast. It varies widely based as much upon the size of the person as on the breast. Therefore, it is volume that is used for determining the implant size.
It might be interesting to note that the advice I gleaned from reading posts in chat rooms and talking to my surgeon, was that if a woman is to have any regrets post-surgery, it is usually that she did not go big enough. You are going through an awful lot of expense, inconvenience and discomfort,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, so you may as well make it count! I did (only by 40cc), and I have not regretted it! My final size is a very comfortable and flattering 340cc. This equates to a much longed for DD cup (from a B cup).
A good idea is also to use the rice test, or what I used - the water test. What this involves is getting 2 plastic bags (or surgical gloves with the fingers knotted) and a sports bra of the new size you desire to be. Fill the bags with varying amounts of rice or water (make it warm water!), placing the bags inside the bra, then try on various clothing. I found it easier to lay the bra on my bed, place the water bags into the empty bra, then lean myself into the filled bra and do it up. This tip saves a lot of shoving and potentially burst bags!
Walk around, look at how it looks/feels until you get the right amount. Now empty and measure the rice/water, then contact the surgeon with your desired size in time for him/her to have the correct implant (and they will need 2 sizes either size of this just in case on the day there is more/less room inside your breast than anticipated). This is where I found water the better option - it's easier to measure correctly the cc's! (Note that 1cc = 1ml).
However, if using rice, here is an approximate conversion chart:
1 cup = 236cc
1/2 cup = 118cc
3/4 cup = 177cc
1/4 cup = 59cc
1/3 cup = 78cc
2/3 cup = 156cc
1/8 cup = 30cc
You can also ask your surgeon for implant sizers that you slip inside a bra of your desired size to try on different implant sizes. It is useful to remember, though, that implants typically appear up to 20% smaller after they are implanted. This may be because the look is different with the implant "stacked on" externally, as opposed to integrated with your breast into one unified shape.

A good surgeon will be able to judge from your frame, and especially your height, approximately what will be the best size for you. It makes sense that the taller you are, the larger implant you can have without it looking wrong. However, the decision is ultimately yours.
There are 3 recognised and reliable methods for deciding on final implant size that you can easily do for yourself:
1. The Rice Test
2. The Water Test
3. Implant Sizers
We generally use the "cup size" method in order to discuss breast size, but everyone knows how unreliable this is. That is because the cup size system, introduced by the Warner Brothers Corset Company in the 1930's relies on indirect measurements to infer the volume of the breast. It varies widely based as much upon the size of the person as on the breast. Therefore, it is volume that is used for determining the implant size.
It might be interesting to note that the advice I gleaned from reading posts in chat rooms and talking to my surgeon, was that if a woman is to have any regrets post-surgery, it is usually that she did not go big enough. You are going through an awful lot of expense, inconvenience and discomfort,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots, so you may as well make it count! I did (only by 40cc), and I have not regretted it! My final size is a very comfortable and flattering 340cc. This equates to a much longed for DD cup (from a B cup).
A good idea is also to use the rice test, or what I used - the water test. What this involves is getting 2 plastic bags (or surgical gloves with the fingers knotted) and a sports bra of the new size you desire to be. Fill the bags with varying amounts of rice or water (make it warm water!), placing the bags inside the bra, then try on various clothing. I found it easier to lay the bra on my bed, place the water bags into the empty bra, then lean myself into the filled bra and do it up. This tip saves a lot of shoving and potentially burst bags!
Walk around, look at how it looks/feels until you get the right amount. Now empty and measure the rice/water, then contact the surgeon with your desired size in time for him/her to have the correct implant (and they will need 2 sizes either size of this just in case on the day there is more/less room inside your breast than anticipated). This is where I found water the better option - it's easier to measure correctly the cc's! (Note that 1cc = 1ml).
However, if using rice, here is an approximate conversion chart:
1 cup = 236cc
1/2 cup = 118cc
3/4 cup = 177cc
1/4 cup = 59cc
1/3 cup = 78cc
2/3 cup = 156cc
1/8 cup = 30cc
You can also ask your surgeon for implant sizers that you slip inside a bra of your desired size to try on different implant sizes. It is useful to remember, though, that implants typically appear up to 20% smaller after they are implanted. This may be because the look is different with the implant "stacked on" externally, as opposed to integrated with your breast into one unified shape.

The S
From the early Nineteenth Century to around 1970, the straight fronted corset was in vogue. The corset took its name from the very rigid and straight busk' that was used down the front of the corset,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Red Boots. This was also known as the s-curve or swan-bill corset.
This was a most involved and complicated design, with the better corsets employing some 48 delicately shaped and curved handmade pieces. Initially intended to be more kindly to the wearer's health than other corsets, the s-curve, because of its properties, was often over tightened in the quest for a smaller waist. Thus it became notoriously uncomfortable and harmful. The s-curve corset is immortalised by the Gibson Girl and her impossibly small waist and ample bosom.
Inez Gaches-Sarraute was a successful corsetiere with a medical degree who popularised the swan–bill corset, who worked with several of his medical and fashion peers to develop the style. It was meant to be less constricting than its predecessors, the hourglass' corset suppressed the breasts, and the spoon busk' corset forced the organs downwards.
Gaches-Sarraute's design was intended to free the bosom by beginning below the breasts, a result of which was the use of bust-supporters to achieve the mono-bosom effect, which in turn led to the development of the brassiere. The abdomen would be supported (but not constricted) by a very rigid straight busk' and inflexible boning.
When the straight-front corset was worn with a moderate degree of tightness, it was very comfortable, but over-tightening presented a fresh set of issues. Because of the very rigid front to the corset, greater reductions in waist size were possible over the hourglass corset. When tight-laced, the wearers hips were thrust back and the chest thrust forward. This put a lot of pressure on the lower abdomen. The result of tight lacing was breathing difficulty, lower back pain and knee problems.
